Two off duty Fort Worth Police officers were hired and began patrolling the Villages of Woodland Springs in June 2007. The officers are in addition to the existing pool security guards. The hours worked by the Fort Worth Police Officers will vary depending on the activities occurring throughout the neighborhoods.

These officers will be involved in everything from removing unruly pool visitors to making arrests for trespassing, enforcing curfews, and apprehending persons involved in graffiti.
