The Committee reviewed the EXPIRED 2008 contract for Robert’s Pool Service, no new contract in place. SBB failed to gather 3 independent bids prior to the contract expiring in December. We have asked Anita to secure 3 bids from pool service companies. 

At the HOA Advisory meeting on January 3, 2009 Anita from SBB informed us that the drains were still not installed in our pools. We are now almost 2 months past the federal deadline. We repeated our request to Anita at SBB for Robert’s Pool Service to forward a certificate of completion but unfortunately it was not provided for our review during our meeting. (more…)
