We are fast approaching the 1st Annual Woodland Springs Fishing derby that will take place on Sunday, Oct 3rd. As indicated in the last newsletter, persons wishing to participate are encouraged to do so by completing the online registration form before September 15th. Residents that decide to participate after the deadline will be allowed to join. The preference is online registration to allow efficient event planning based on number of participants. To date the number of registered participants is quite low, so we encourage you to inform friends and family within Woodland Springs to come join us and help make this new event successful, and ensure there is a 2nd annual next year. There will be prizes awarded for specific categories that will be distributed on event day.
