Dear VOWS Residents,

The City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works Department has scheduled a second public meeting to address Phase II of the premature failed streets repairs within The Villages of Woodland Springs neighborhood

This meeting is set for 6:30pm, Wednesday, October 26th at the VOWS Amenity Center on Timberland Blvd.

Representatives from the City of Fort Worth and the Contractor will be on hand to discuss the project, which is slated to start construction at the beginning of November.

This meeting will address Phase II of the project to include the following streets:

Reconstruction of Premature Failed Streets

Caddo Drive (From Dove Creek Drive to Woodland Springs Drive)

Gold Creek Drive (From Gold Creek Drive E. to Woodland Springs Drive)

Gold Creek Drive, E. (From Hickory Circle, S. to Gold Creek Drive)

Postwood Drive (From 185ft. west of Wispwillow Drive to 295ft. east of Wispwillow)

Raisintree Drive (From Comstock Circle to N. Caylor Road)

Partial Replacement of Premature Failed Streets

Basilwood Drive (From 11750 Basilwood Drive to Twin Creeks Drive)

N. Caylor Road (From Park Vista Blvd. to 12333 N. Caylor Road)

Copper Creek Drive (From Caddo Drive to 5221 Copper Creek Drive)

Copper Creek Drive (From 5221 Copper Creek Drive to S. Cul-de-sac)

Gold Creek Drive (From Copper Creek Drive to Woodland Springs Drive)

Ponder Street (From Winterberry Lane to E. Cul-de-sac)

Shale Drive (From Raisintree Drive to Woodland Springs Drive)

Dear VOWS Residents,

The City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works Department will conduct a Public Information Meeting to address traffic restrictions along Alta Vista and the VOWS community streets immediately adjacent to the KISD Timbercreek High School Campus.

This meeting will be held at the VOWS Amenity Center at 7pm on Wednesday, October 19th, 2011.  The VOWS Amenity Center is located at 12209 Timberland Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76244.

City Representatives will present recent traffic analysis data and discuss available options.  Homeowners will be given the opportunity to provide their views regarding these changes.

The City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works Department is reviewing the following proposed traffic restrictions for Monday through Friday during school drop off and pick up times:

• Left turn movements from Alta Vista onto Dwarf Nettle
• Left turn movements from Alta Vista onto Funnel Street
• Right turn movements from Timberland Blvd. onto Durango Root

Violation of these posted traffic restrictions can result in a traffic citation.
