The next HOA Meeting will be held November 29th at the Amenity Center on 12209 Timberland Blvd at 6:30pm promptly.

The Annual HOA Homeowner Meeting will be December 13th at the Amenity Center on Timberland Blvd at 6:30pm promptly. There are currently four position open on the VOWS Advisory Committee. Any homeowner that is current on their assessments and has no unresolved covenant issues is eligible to run for a seat. These four seats will be held by a vote of the homeowners that attend this meeting on December 13th. You can be nominated by other homeowners or you can place your own name in for nomination.
