The Annual HOA Homeowner Meeting will be December 13th at the Amenity Center on Timberland Blvd at 6:30pm promptly. There are currently four position open on the VOWS Advisory Committee. Any homeowner that is current on their assessments and has no unresolved covenant issues is eligible to run for a seat. These four seats will be held by a vote of the homeowners that attend this meeting on December 13th. You can be nominated by other homeowners or you can place your own name in for nomination.
VOWS Charity Coat Drive Benefitting the Community Store House
Santa will be here Saturday December 10th 8:30am-12:30pm, VOWS Amenity Center, 12209 Timberland Blvd. $5.00 per person. UPDATE: Both the 8:30am-9:45am and 10:15am-11:30am breakfast times are FULL,
But the session from 11:30am-12:30pm is still available for Santa pictures and singing.(Note:there will be no food served at this session)
