The Villages of Woodland Springs is working diligently to provide residents with a fun and safe swim season.  As of the past weekend, the number of security guards working at VOWS pools will be staffed upward.  Two guards will be stationed at the two pools that the management company and the Pool Committee determine are presenting the most challenges.  Other guards (as necessary) will conduct roving patrols of the other pools, concentrating on the pools without life guards.  The number of guards will be adjusted up or down, based on the need as determined by the management company and the Pool Committee.  Additionally, beginning this week, a phone number will be posted at each of the pools which will put a resident in direct contact with a security guard, working in VOWS and an appropriate response will be made.  Finally, the security guards will have access to computers and a data base that will have the most up to date information on pool cards and who may or may not have access to pools.

Please help us by responsibly reporting issues and by adhering to the rules as posted.  VOWS wants every resident to enjoy all facilities and appreciates your help in making this a successful swim season.
