Transition Meeting Notice

This month The Villages of Woodland Springs HOA is transitioning from a Declarant-controlled community to Homeowner controlled. While most of the changes will be unnoticeable, one major change is that the final three Declarant controlled director seats will be vacated and be filled by seven (7) homeowners to achieve a full, seven (7) person Homeowner Board of Directors.

If you are able to attend in person, you will be able to cast a ballot. The meeting will be held at the Amenity Center, 12209 Timberland Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas 76244, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 6:30 p.m.

You may learn more about the nineteen (19) candidates running for the seven (7) positions by reading their Notice of Transition Meeting (on pages 2-9).

We must have at least 10% of the owners represented in person or by proxy in order to hold the election. Your assistance is needed to ensure the HOA makes quorum for the annual meeting. If you are not going to be able to attend the meeting in person, please forward your signed proxy to vows.admin@fsresidential.com.
