About
The purpose of the Architectural committee as stated in the DCC&R's reads: Because the lots are part of a single, unified community, the Association has the right to regulate the design, use and appearance of the lots and common areas in order to preserve and enhance the Property's value and architectural harmony, and ensure the level of taste, design, quality, and harmony by which the Property is developed and maintained.
The Architecture Committee functions are managed by the Board of Directors and SBB Management.
Architecture Committee Application Process
The homeowner either mails, faxes or delivers their application
to the on-site office. Once it is received we put it into the C3 program and then it is sent to the Board of Directors and we wait for the decisions to come back to us. Once we receive the decision a letter goes to the homeowner stating the approved or denied response. The committee has 60 days to respond to an application.
