In order to host successful and interesting events, youth event coordinators are needed. The Community Calendar Committee is promoting street-level activities for all residents in the Villages of Woodland Springs. For the winter event, hosts are needed to coordinate holiday block parties. For each volunteer party coordinator, the Community Calendar Committee will provide a “hosting box” which includes directions and materials for hosting a block party. Coordinating this event does not obligate you to host the event at your home. This event will be a progressive event involving multiple houses. If you would like to coordinate an event for your street, please click the feedback tab to send a message to the committee chairperson.
If no one on your street volunteers, the event cannot happen!

The Community Calendar Committee has focused on developing the official web site for the Homeowners Association for the Villages of Woodland Springs. Now that the web site is functional, we will resume planning community events for the Villages of Woodland Springs. The committee will meet on December 11, 2007. The mission of the Community Calendar Committee is to identify, plan, communicate, and coordinate neighborhood building events for the homeowners. The Community Calendar Committee strives to optimize allocated funds and solicit resident volunteers to ensure quality activities occur throughout the year in The Villages of Woodland Springs.
Homeowners’ Association dues are utilized by this Committee to acquire materials for block or sectional gatherings, promote and solicit community garage sales, and obtain other materials and promotion of community activities.
