Introduction from the Welcome Committee Chair

My name is Dyana Tedrow and I am the Welcome Committee chairperson. This committee helps welcome new Villages of Woodland Springs residents to our community. Remember when it was a custom for neighbors to drop bye and say "hello" to new homeowners and make them feel welcomed? In a way, that is what this committee does. We distribute a warm smile and handshake as well as packets with helpful information about all the great things the Villages of Woodland Springs has to offer as well as goods and services from local retailers. If you would like to join in the fun and volunteer, or if you would like to introduce your business to new homeowners by way of special offer or coupons inserts, please submit your contact information through the Join tab of the Welcome Committee page. Welcome Committee Chair Needed

There is currently an opening for leading the Welcome Committee for The Villages of Woodland Springs. This Committee strives to provide a personalized welcome to each new homeowner in the neighborhood by distributing welcome information to new residents.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity that allows you to help and meet new people. Fulfilling this role means a commitment to:

• Develop a small group of volunteers
• Meet periodically to discuss progress and goals
• Utilize committee funds to acquire welcome kit materials
• Distribute welcome kits to new homeowners on a frequent basis
