Yard of the Month Changes are Happening

The Yard of the Month has a whole new committee and we are busy driving the Villages of Woodland Springs looking for all those beautiful yards.

If you see a yard that is worthy of Yard of the Month recognition, please send us an email using the feedback form here on our committee page. The Yard of the Month committee will take a look at all nominations received, and choose their favorite. In the near future, the nominees will be posted on the web site and you will be able to vote for your favorite.

Each month a winner will be selected.  A sign will be placed in their yard announcing they are the Yard of the Month winner, recognition in the newsletter and on the web site, and the best part... a $50.00 gift card from Calloway's.

We encourage anyone who has an interest in volunteering for Yard of the Month to contact us. You do not need to have a green thumb, just an interest in looking for nice yards.

The Yard of the Month Committee strives to identify homes in the community that have exceptional curb appeal or appropriate seasonal decorations and ultimately serve as an optimal example of how our community should look. This committee strives to fairly identify eligible homes, notify homeowners, take pictures and communicate the winners to the rest of the community on a monthly basis.

How the Yard of the Month Committee Utilizes Homeowners’ Association Funds

No funds are used by the Yard of the Month Committee. Awards for winners are compliments of Calloway's Nursery.
